Upcoming changes to annual leave

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) is in the process of reviewing all 123 modern awards, as required by the Fair Work Act 2009. This is an enormous task and will take about two years to complete. The current review commenced in early 2014, and at that time some common issues were identified including several in relation to annual leave.
