Norm and Judy’s son Glenn, the family company’s managing director for the past few years, recently left the business to pursue other interests, and his departure has necessitated the restructuring of a few positions within senior management.
Greg Blenkiron has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), John Casauria has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Leon Quinn has the role of National Sales and Marketing manager, while Andrew Walker recently joined the company and is now the Victoria/Tasmania General Manager.
Greg brings a vast range of business experience to his new CEO role, and has a proven track record in financial control, customer relationships and people development.
In addition, well-known and respected Tasmanian timber industry identity, Andrew Walker, has joined the Tilling Group, to take up the role as Victorian/Tasmanian General Manager.
Andrew was with Kemp & Denning Ltd (K & D) in Tasmania for more than 20 years, commencing in the timber yard as a casual before advancing through various roles. Ultimately, he became the K & D General Manager for trade with the overall responsibility of the company’s trade operations.
